Duties and Responsibilities:

Acupressure professionals use acupressure to treat the whole individual and not just their illness. They take in account their physical, mental, and emotional condition to understand what treatment to use. Aside from acupressure therapy, they help patients live a balanced life.

Salary:

            $35, 970

Education:

Ø  Master’s degree,

Ø  Post-baccalaureate certificate

Ø  1,500-2,000 hours of acupressure training (3-4 years)

Ø  Pass the NCCAOM exam

Ø  Anatomy and physiology

 

Reflection:

I would not mind to be one because you only have to do 6 years in college and they make okay money. The thing that would bug me is that I have to take anatomy and physiology and i'm not really good in that subject.
